Tour Program
Our experienced tour guide and driver will be greeting you at 8.30am (2.00pm for afternoon, or 3.30pm for sunset tour) at your hotel’s lobby then heading out of the hassle Siem Reap city about 30 minute drive to Chong Kneas village of Tonle Sap Lake. The journey passes interesting city highlight and rice paddies overlooking Phnom Krom before we arrive at the boat pier. Embark a sheltered boat for the excursion to see The Great Lake of Tonle Sap which the largest freshwater lake in South East Asia and is also an ecological hot spot that was designated as a UNESCO biosphere in 1997. The boat trip slowly cruises passing floating school, floating houses which animated by some fishing activities. Our tour guide will explain you about Tonle Sap ecosystem and witness how life works in the floating community relying on aquatic resources, and we stop to see floating crocodile farm, souvenirs shop if it interests you. Return to your hotel around 11.30am or 12.00pm and end of service.

Transportation
Tuk Tuk has become very popular in Cambodia when visiting Angkor Siem Reap, especially tourists make their journey with tuk tuk to get an unique experience and have some fun when on Tuk Tuk. If you don’t feel comfortable with the tropical weather in Cambodia, air conditioning car/van/coach are the alternatives, cool and convenient.
Dressing Code
You should wear whatever is most comfortable but remember to dress appropriately to respect the locals and other religious sites, pagodas, temples and holy places. Clothes must cover your shoulders and knees, especially when you visit Buddhist temples/pagodas or an religious sites.
Payment
Private day-tour booking does not require a deposit but please courtly leave us 48 hour notice for any cancellation. The full payment in US dollar cash should be ready and we will assign our tour guide to collect the cash payment (US Dollar) on behalf of us when he picks you up at your hotel’s lobby.
