Booking Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
We strongly advise you to read all details we listed on our private tours especially the parts of Inclusions/Exclusions to understand and accept what we included and what NOT.
Once you’re happy and ready to confirm the booking, our team will start to reserve the most important services (ex: tour guide etc.) for your planned trip then we will have the tour voucher for your booking confirmation.
Payment
We will assign our tour guide to collect the payment when he/she picks you up from your hotel. You should prepare US dollar cash ready a day before.
Paying by a credit card is available and this method will process through PayWay system by the authorization of Guiding Cambodia Travel.
Cancellation
We require 72 hours for any cancellations. As we don’t request any deposit, so please be responsible for your booking and let us know in advance if you cancel the booking.
Collecting Information
Once you confirmed the booking, we will need your full name, WhatApp number, hotel’s name and location in the order for our team to arrange smooth pickup.
These information will be shared with our operation team, supplier(s) and guide/driver.
